The railway station in Paisley is two miles from the airport - a few minutes away by taxi or ten minutes by bus. There are eight trains an hour from Monday to Saturday and five trains an hour on Sundays from Paisley to Glasgow Central rail station. Taxis are available 24 hours a day from in front of the main terminal building. Shuttle buses also run to central Glasgow and take about 20 minutes.
Driving directions: From the airport, follow the signs to the M8. Take exit 15 onto the A803 (Springburn Road) and turn right onto the A8 (Castle Street) Turn right onto Ingram Street and left onto Virginia Place.
Bus services are frequent and reliable; tickets can be bought on board. After midnight there are night bus services around the city leaving from George Square. Taxis are also readily available.
